With that in mind we strongly advise that you adhere to the following rules at all times:
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
We shall not be responsible and/or liable for any personal injuries and any property damages, caused directly or indirectly, if you choose to enter our yard. You are responsible for your own safety and property.
SOME OF THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS IN THE YARD INCLUDE
Multiple heavy equipment in operation simultaneously.
Vehicles resting on temporary supports.
Pieces of sharp metal and other materials on the ground.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS
All persons must report to the office upon entering and leaving our yard.
Heavy equipment have the right of way at all times.
Keep away from heavy equipment in operation.
Keep away from vehicles being loaded and/or unloaded.
Keep away from stacked vehicles.
Keep away from "Employee Only" areas.
No torches, grinders or other tools that may cause spark are permitted on the property.
Vehicles must be properly supported before removing any parts.
All fluids must be drained into containers available in the office.
Working on vehicles in the parking lot is NOT allowed.
Obey all signs on the premises.
NO children under 16 years old allowed in the yard.
Anyone not obeying these rules will be ejected and/or banned from the premises.
By choosing to enter our yard, you have agreed to all of the above conditions. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
